We(SWS) are specialized in cementing tools and casing accessories, engaging in the development, manufacturing, sales and service.
Advanced downhole tool manufacturing technology is used to provide
products that exceed industry quality standards to meet the
challenging cementing tools' needs of oilfields around the world.
To meet these demands, we have established a manufacturing facility
of 78000sq ft. This facility has modern CNC machining, fabrication
and processing equipment, testing and inspection facilities,
together with raw material and production storage.

Our main products are: float collar and shoes, stage collars, liner
hangers, Packer, cement plugs, cement heads, centralizers, casing
and tubing, pup joints, coupling, etc.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A float shoe is a specialized piece of equipment installed at the
bottom of the casing string. It contains a check valve or a
backflow preventer mechanism that allows fluid to flow downward
during casing placement but prevents fluid from flowing back up the
casing once it's in place. This design helps maintain hydrostatic
pressure in the wellbore, prevents the influx of formation fluids,
and ensures proper cementing of the casing.
A float collar is another critical component placed near the bottom
of the casing string, just above the float shoe. Like the float
shoe, it also contains a check valve or backflow preventer
mechanism. The float collar serves similar functions as the float
shoe, ensuring one-way flow of fluids during casing placement and
preventing fluid migration after cementing. Additionally, the float
collar typically incorporates guide fins or other features to help
centralize the casing string within the wellbore, facilitating
proper cement placement and enhancing wellbore stability.
